Beaver Valley Lodging, located in Plain Washington, is proud to present
our new lodging facility. Offering a variety of lodging choices for your
family, group gathering or that special get away. Call for availability

New main lodge is in addition to our current lodging that has been cherished
by our guests for years. Our 50 acre historic farm setting nestled in
Beaver Valley offers visitors country atmosphere and charm. We own and
operate all lodging facilities and offer on site management.
Center stage at the main lodge is the courtyard with classic wrought iron
Victorian gazebo. Rocking chairs outside every porch. Rock, relax and
watch your children play chess on our oversized chessboard with custom
crafted chessmen. Listen to the water in the large Victorian “Wind in
the Willows” wishing fountain. Lots of photo opportunities.
Perfect for small weddings, reunions, musical groups, and clubs. Call
for single night rates, group capacity and group discounts.
Sorry the new lodge is not pet friendly, but all our existing homes/rooms
are, so we can still accommodate our pet guests. Smoking in outside designated
areas only.
2 people can sleep with two queen beds @$85.00 per night
plus tax, three persons @ $110.00 per night plus tax, fourth person stays
free. (two or more night stay) Two private entrances, access to the courtyard,
two queen beds, mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, dinnerware,
internet, satellite TV, full bathroom, air conditioned.
8 people can have a second floor self contained private
apartment @ $280.00 per night plus tax (two or more night stay) Private
entrance to your spectacular getaway. Offers two bedrooms with queen beds,
sofa sleeper, modern stocked kitchen with dining table, propane fireplace,
full bathroom, satellite TV, media center, internet, air conditioned.
20 people can stay in our Home Suite which includes the
magnificent tower suite called “The Eileen Suite” for $780.00 per night
plus tax. (two or more night stay) Two story offering four bedrooms with
queen beds, game room with four day beds, two additional suites with mini
refrigerators, microwaves, and two queen beds each, four full bathrooms,
two half bathrooms, spacious stained glass décor throughout the home.
Access to courtyard. You’ll feel like royalty with all the amenities this
accommodation has to offer The home suite has lodging variations for
10 persons or up to 20 people. Table seating for 20 people.

Second Floor Apartment
A room with a view!! Located at the main lodge, this fabulous second floor apartment accommodates up to 8 persons. With 2 bedrooms both with queen beds, a queen sofa sleeper and 2 twin sleepers located in the living area, propane fireplace for those chilly nights, and air conditioning for warmer days. Large complete kitchen with everthing you will need to prepare a feast! Full bathroom, 42" flat screen TV/DVD player with satellite connection so you won't miss those favorite shows. Dining table for meals or games and high speed internet complete the package. Challenge the family to a chess or checkers game located in the courtyard or play lawn games on the large plush grounds, or relax just relax and watch the sun rise!
