Terms & Conditions
-No pets in MAIN LODGE. Pets are allowed in VACATION
HOMES. One small to medium pet per unit (under 40 pounds) one time fee $35.00.
Pets must be kept on a leash at all times, never left unattended inside or
outside, cleaned up after, place all pet waste in outside garbage receptacle,
no puppies please, pets do not use Beaver Valley Lodging furniture or beds,
pets will obey Beaver Valley Lodging “quiet time” from 9pm – 8am. Uncontrollable
pets will be asked to leave.
-Three night minimum Christmas week
-No Pets December 19 thru January 4th.
-Off season rates March/April 10% less than above rates.
-All rates subject to applicable taxes.
-Reservations are taken up to six months in advance.
-Check in 3pm to 9pm, Check out at 11am unless otherwise agreed in writing
on confirmation.
-Smoking permitted outside lodging facilities in designated area’s only.
-6 nights lodging receive the 7th night free
-There is a “Dead Slow” speed limit within Beaver Valley Property. Please
keep it less than 10 miles an hour at all times.
-We own and maintain our lodging facility and offer on site management. We
expect them left in the same excellent condition as provided.
-Excessive wear and tear or damage, lost keys, will become the financial responsibility
of the registered guest.
-Valued Property left behind by guests must be claimed within 30 days of stay.
You must call the office to claim and pay for all shipping costs to return.
We are not responsible for items left after 30 days.
-Illegal activities or disruption to other guests will result in full forfeiture
of rent and expulsion from the property.
-No day guests allowed (must be part of your group checked in) unless prior
arrangements are made.
-All guests must register at office, day guests visiting registered guests may be subject to a $10.00 per person fee.
-50% Non-Refundable deposit upon booking.
