Terms & Conditions
• 3 night minimum Christmas week.
• Off season rates March/April 10% less than above rates.
• All rates subject to change prior to booking and confirmation.
• All rates subject to applicable taxes.
• Reservations are taken up to 6 months in advance.
• Check in 3pm to 9pm, check out before 11am.
• Smoking permitted outside lodging facilities in designated area’s only.
• Stay 6 nights, receive the 7th night free.
• There is a “Dead Slow” speed limit within Beaver Valley Property. Please keep it less than 10 miles per hour at all times.
• We own and maintain our lodging facility and offer on site management. We expect them left in the same excellent condition as provided.
• Excessive wear and tear or damage, lost keys will become the financial responsibility of the registered guest.
• Property left behind by guest must be claimed within 30 days of stay. You must call the office to claim and pay for all shipping costs to return. We are not responsible for items left after 30 days.
• Illegal activities or disruption to other guests will result in forfeiture of rent and expulsion from the property.
• Visiting day guests, in small numbers are the responsibility and financial responsibility of the registered guest. Failure of a visiting day guest to abide by terms and conditions may result in extra fees charged to the registered guest, and /or expulsion from the property with rent forfeited in full. Visiting day guests are not allowed to bring pets onto the property.
• 50% non refundable deposit due at time of booking.
